For quite some time I had difficult times and that i became driven to find out that these particular things were happening in my opinion.


This became one among my life’s greatest challenges. I became so stuck within a victim mindset of why me, that we almost overlooked Life lessons and tests that have been being presented before me. Little did I understand, that we is at preparation in my advancement. Then it felt like I became moving into hell. The perception I had created of my experience then had not been great, I became more focused in the negative, full of fear and searching for someone something like that to blame and assume responsibilty.

Then one day I ran across that we had not been alone experiencing difficult times, there where many others experiencing tough experiences too. Though their experiences were a little dissimilar to mine, these folks were still being challenged for the core, and this set it up comfort if you know the tough journey had not been exclusively for me. Due to this understanding I started to give myself permission to leave the victim mindset that have me within a mental prison for several years. The truth is all people have to pass through some difficult times at different periods individuals lives and nobody can tell why we have to have these experiences. This then causes us to ask ourselves that which you are able to do regarding it? Most people find here, for that reason question. You tell yourself you do not follow simple proven steps which basically can be a recipe for mental bondage that leads to the victim mindset.

Whatever you settle upon here will define the path that you will follow. Lets take one example. Perhaps you have felt like you were a victim of any circumstance? Below that mindset can be a spiralling on to negative emotions you will start to feel helpless, hopelessness and pretty quickly you are down in the dumps? This is extremely present with many people, we’ve got areas were we are adamant it’s beyond our understanding, so it’s easier for people to make the assumption it’s somebody’s fault, while you start out to think this way it makes you lose your management of what is going on. Once you get for the reason that mind-set or belief it is quite difficult to leave it, you’ll need something far more powerful mind-set so that you can be free.

From the rut many people we dwell there for too long periods, that which you don’t realise is that change is going to happen anyway whether we accept it or fight it. So it will be usually good to go with the flow instead of resisting and fighting.
