Even though their experiences were a little dissimilar to mine, they were still being challenged on the core, so this provided me with comfort understanding that the cruel journey was not exclusively for me. Because of this understanding I began to provide myself permission to recover from the victim mindset which had me in the mental prison for many years. The thing is all of us have to go through some tough times at different periods of our own lives and no-one really knows why we should instead have these experiences. This then causes us to ask ourselves what we should can perform about it? Many people find yourself in trouble here, due to this question. You know yourself you don’t know what to do which basically is a recipe for mental bondage that results in the victim mindset.
