Puppies are some of the cutest creatures on earth! Average size puppies usually weigh 0.5-1.4 kilograms while bigger puppies weigh 6.8 – 10 kilograms. Experts consider puppyhood the key stage in dogs’ life; they learn so many things in only several months. In that period the dogs are beginning to understand what’s safe and what’s dangerous for them (and this will be very difficult to change those perceptions in the foreseeable future). Teach him what you should chew/eat. It’s very important to show a puppy what is intended as chewed (like toys, snacks and pet food) what is actually not (it comes with an infinite variety of examples). Ensure the puppy is with a lot of toys that are chewable. Also be sure he doesn’t grab poop or anything he shouldn’t eat once you take him out to get a walk. Prevent such a habits to be able to eliminate them later on.
