Characteristics of an Entrepreneur

So, who exactly is definitely an entrepreneur, which are the qualities of an entrepreneur?… well Wikipedia says, “An entrepreneur can be a person who has possessing a fresh enterprise, venture or idea and assumes significant accountability for the inherent risks and the outcome”… umm… okay but I prefer to say, make fish an ideal entrepreneur is really a person who guides a manpower as a way to apply a concept(makes no difference should it be his or someone else and whether it is new or old) in order to meet people who have to have the benefits produced by it, which ends up in financial outcomes or profits.

Hence the basic characteristics or qualities of the entrepreneur will be:
– They should have a perception (again, no matter who originally considered it and be it new or old).
– He / she needs to have the motivation/urge to pursue or make use of the idea.
– He / she really should have entry to manpower or to the opportunity to make manpower offered to him (marketing skills apply here).
– She or he needs to be a great leader.

But then, there are many kinds of people too who’ve some or most of the previously referred to qualities; but unfortunately we cannot call them Entrepreneur. Among this type of individual could be a scientist. Scientists will have ideas or, quite simply, they are able to actually create ideas. Usually they are excited or motivated about pursuing their ideas with out doubt, they’re good leaders at the same time plus they, definitely have accessibility to at the very least minimal manpower (No, most scientists fail in solitude as shown in movies like Robin Williams’ Flubber or Frankenstein, they have a minimum of 2-10 people working under them as junior scientists). But let us call a scientist an entrepreneur too? Is he very for the above definition?… food for thought huh?

And how of a dictator? He has his very own or borrowed ideas, He really wants to apply them, he’s entry to man power, can guide them adequately… actually, they are going to do almost anything he wants. So, does which means that, a dictator is surely an entrepreneur or, a business person is really a dictator!!
