Any time must the great wedding speech be presented…?

How weddings have changed on the decades! From your handful to 400-500 invited guests; one-two to six-eight wedding party members; a simple wedding car to expensive and huge wedding cars; three course meals to 6 course meals; one to three live bands; simple attire to colorful and flamboyant dresses, suits and attire and off-the-cuff to well-prepared wedding speeches.

Speaking of aforementioned, wedding speeches continue to be a fundamental part of a wedding and guests do look forward to hearing them, discussing them before, during and indeed after they’ve been delivered.

We are all aware of father of the bride speech delivered prior to the meal, through the meal and after the meal, however it’s of the strong opinion that the wedding speeches needs to be delivered as soon as the meal. I am aware that for several wedding party speakers i.e. Father from the Bride Speech, Father from the Groom Speech, Bride Speech, Groom Speech and Bestman Speech (the 5 main speakers), they’d want to possess the wedding speeches prior to the meal, to enable them to enjoy their meal (a number of them are paying for it!). However, it is all about the invited guests and just how many (and even the marriage venue staff) would choose the wedding speeches being delivered following the meal for many reasons, a few of which include:

The invited guests have already been fed and watered and aren’t playing wedding speeches before eating anything (at least of food, which may be ahead of the meal, though weddings today do provide light snacks upon arrival with the wedding venue)
Food could be cooked and served at the agreed time (introduce the wedding ceremony speeches ahead of the meal along with their might be a delay of A quarter-hour to a single.5 hours, driving the kitchen staff crazy attempting to keep food freshly cooked, presentable and edible)
The wedding ceremony speeches become the transition through the meal on the dancing (with nothing happening following your meal, individuals are expecting ‘a few words’ to become shared concerning the Bride & Groom and they do know they’re able to get up, move around, come out, go for a walk, navigate to the bar…)
It can be difficult for fogeys from the Bride & Groom to speak in public areas, since most of them couldn’t survive used of it. So, they can, should they so wished, speak prior to / their meal.

There should still be some type of formal wedding speech(es) after the meal…
