This product I sold over 20 of such items with no problem. I recently happened to stop selling this item since i lost owner Four weeks ahead of the complaint “the complaint came once i stopped selling it”. Then with this particular there isn’t much. Amazon has suspended my account without the proof from the individual that complained. And we don’t even have return stickers we put on products, really? We sent this customer a “PRE-PAID” Shipping label to send an item back. The consumer claimed the label was bad and we all Covered another label. Then she stated she couldn’t print it out.
