When should the amazing wedding speech be presented…?

How weddings have changed in the decades! Coming from a handful to 400-500 invited guests; one-two to six-eight wedding ceremony members; a fairly easy wedding car to expensive and big wedding cars; three course meals to 6 course meals; one-three live bands; simple attire to colorful and flamboyant dresses, suits and attire and off-the-cuff to well-prepared wedding speeches.

Speaking of aforementioned, wedding speeches are still an important part of a married relationship and guests do look ahead to hearing them, discussing them before, during as well as after they’ve been delivered.

We know of groom speech delivered ahead of the meal, during the meal after the meal, yet it is of an strong opinion how the wedding speeches ought to be delivered following the meal. I know that for several bridal party speakers i.e. Father of the Bride Speech, Father in the Groom Speech, Bride Speech, Groom Speech and Bestman Speech (the 5 main speakers), they would want to possess the wedding speeches prior to meal, for them to enjoy their meal (some of them are spending money for it!). However, is going on the invited guests and exactly how most of them (and even wedding ceremony venue staff) would rather wedding ceremony speeches to be delivered following the meal for many reasons, most of which include:

The invited guests have already been fed and watered and aren’t hearing wedding speeches on an empty stomach (at least of food, which will be the case prior to the meal, though weddings today do provide light snacks upon arrival at the wedding venue)
Food might be cooked and served in the agreed time (introduce the wedding ceremony speeches before the meal and their can be quite a delay of Fifteen minutes to a single.5 hours, driving the kitchen staff crazy continuing to keep food freshly cooked, presentable and edible)
Wedding ceremony speeches work as the transition in the meal towards the dancing (with nothing happening following the meal, folks are expecting ‘a few words’ to be shared in regards to the Bride & Groom after which it they know they are able to get up, move about, take a rest, take a stroll, see a bar…)
It can be hard for folks in the Bride & Groom to talk in public, the majority of them couldn’t survive used than it. So, they can, when they so wished, speak prior to the / their meal.

There should always be some type of formal speech(es) as soon as the meal…
